Copy the full posting. Review which terms are actually stated and keep optional preferences distinct from mandatory requirements in your own review.

Describe relevant skills and work in your own words. Do not add a term simply because it appears in a posting.
3. Scan before you submit
Read the AI-generated match estimate alongside its short breakdown for required skills, preferred skills, experience, education, keyword alignment and text readability. Review the plain-language strengths, gaps and suggestions. The estimate may vary between runs; readability covers only pasted or extracted text, not visual formatting or employer parsing.
4. Revise with intent
