InstaFuture Flow combines supported PDF steps into named recipes. Choose a recipe that fits your task, add the source files once and work through its review stages. It is a guided workflow, not a chatbot that can perform arbitrary instructions.

1. Choose a recipe
Read the available recipe steps and choose the one that matches your document task. Different recipes include different combinations of preparation, arrangement, signing and optional compression.
2. Add source documents
Select the supported PDFs or photos. For photos, review the document crop and enhancement before adding the page to the pack.
3. Arrange and sign when needed
Use page previews to rotate, remove and reorder pages. For signing recipes, place your visual signature on the intended final page and verify its position.
4. Review size and download
Use compression only when offered and needed. It is server-assisted and may not make an already-optimized PDF smaller. The skip-compression path lets you keep the assembled local PDF.

Prepare the form and supporting pages, remove an accidental duplicate and verify the order before adding your signature. Open the final PDF and check the page count and signature placement before submission.
Check before you finish
- The selected recipe includes the steps you need.
- Every source page has been reviewed.
- Signatures are on the intended pages.
- Any server-processing choice has been reviewed.
- The downloaded PDF is complete and readable.
Questions and answers
Does Flow support every possible tool combination?
No. It supports the named recipes available in its picker. Use standalone tools for tasks outside those recipes.
Do I have to compress the final file?
No. Compression is optional where offered. Keeping the uncompressed result avoids that server-processing step.
Is its signature certificate-backed?
No. Flow places a visual signature. It does not issue certificate-backed digital signatures or make the PDF tamper-proof.
