06 / WORKFLOW AUTOMATION

Let repeatable work become a repeatable flow.

Identify the trigger, each step, and what should happen when something goes wrong. Start with a bounded workflow that is easy to review and maintain.

Discuss your project

SHAPE THE ENGAGEMENT

Which manual handoff slows your team down?

These are possible areas of work. Deliverables, timing, access, and budget are agreed after the initial discussion.

Process mapping

Document today’s steps, bottlenecks, decision points, and exceptions before automating.

Integration & orchestration

Scope API connections and document or data transformations within approved access boundaries.

Review & recovery

Design validation, human approvals, useful errors, and a recovery path for interrupted work.

A PRACTICAL NEXT STEP

What an initial engagement could include

  • A workflow and exception map
  • A scoped automation prototype
  • A test checklist and operating handover

LET’S FIND THE RIGHT STARTING POINT

What are you
working on?

A new product, a repetitive process, or a question hiding in your data. Tell us a little about it.

BEFORE WE TALK

A few useful answers.

Can we start with a small project?

Yes. A focused discovery or prototype is a useful way to test the idea and agree on the next step. Scope, deliverables, and commercial terms are confirmed together before work begins.

What should I include in my enquiry?

Describe the problem, your current tools or stack, and the outcome you need. Include timing or budget constraints if you know them. An outline is enough; avoid sending confidential documents or credentials.

Are the free tools part of a consulting engagement?

The existing InstaFuture toolkit is available separately. A custom project has its own agreed scope. Trying a tool is a way to explore our product work, not a purchase or a consulting commitment.
