About InstaFuture Flow

InstaFuture Flow combines document photos and PDFs into a single submission-ready pack. Clean photos, merge pages, place a signature, and optionally compress the final PDF without losing your place between tools.

How to use InstaFuture Flow

  1. Choose a named workflow and add the required PDFs or photos once.
  2. Review, rotate, remove and arrange pages; add a visual signature when the recipe includes signing.
  3. Review the result and download the final PDF. Compression is optional where offered.

Where processing happens

Page preparation and assembly run locally. Flow saves files and results in browser storage for resuming; clear saved workflows on shared devices. Optional compression sends the PDF for server processing. Skipping before an attempt avoids that upload; skipping after an attempt does not undo it.

Important limitations

Flow follows its available recipes, not arbitrary instructions. Review the selected recipe before starting. A visual signature is not a certificate-backed digital signature.

When to use it

Application Packs

Turn photos, PDFs, and a signature into one file ready to submit.

Office Submissions

Clean paper documents, arrange pages, and prepare a professional PDF.

Local-first Workflow

Keep scanning, merging, and signing in the browser; upload only when you choose compression.

Questions and answers

What does Submit Pack do?

It lets you add PDFs or document photos, clean the photos, merge everything, place a signature, and optionally compress the final PDF.

Are my files uploaded?

Scanning, merging, and signing happen in your browser. The assembled PDF is sent to the compression server only after you choose compression. An attempted upload can transfer data even if processing fails.

Can I use it without an account?

Yes. The workflow is available without signing in.

Choose the operation that matches your document: merging combines files, splitting selects pages, conversion changes formats and compression targets file size. Keep an original copy and inspect the exported document.
